Terms and Conditions for Microsoft 365 Business Premium 30-Day Free Trial
Overview
This 30-day free trial of Microsoft 365 Business Premium (“Free Trial”) is offered by Bay IT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in partnership with Microsoft Corporation. All Microsoft products and services are owned, operated, and provided by Microsoft Corporation, and the Free Trial is subject to Microsoft’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to their licensing and service agreements. By participating in this Free Trial, you (“you” or “the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership of Microsoft Products and Services
- All intellectual property, software, tools, and services provided during the Free Trial are owned exclusively by Microsoft Corporation.
- Bay IT is not the owner, developer, or licensor of any Microsoft products or services.
- By signing up to this free trial you also agree to the Microsoft Services Agreement.
2. Scope of the Free Trial

The Free Trial includes:
- Account creation for Microsoft 365 Business Premium for up to 25 users.
- Brief onboarding communication to guide you on how to log in and access basic features.

The Free Trial does not include:
- Importation or migration of your existing data to Microsoft 365.
- Any advanced setup, customizations, or training.
3. Additional Services
- If you require data migration, advanced setup, or additional support, these services are not part of the Free Trial and will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Please contact us for a quote.
- Any such services are provided solely by Bay IT and are not associated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during account creation.
- You are responsible for adhering to Microsoft’s terms of use and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- Bay IT is not liable for any outages, service interruptions, or issues with Microsoft 365 Business Premium during or after the Free Trial period.
- Microsoft Corporation is solely responsible for the performance and availability of its products and services.
- Bay IT shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Free Trial, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or security breaches.
6. End of Free Trial
- After the 30-day Free Trial, your Microsoft 365 Business Premium account will require a paid subscription to continue service. It is your responsibility to subscribe directly through Microsoft or Bay IT.
- Failure to subscribe will result in the suspension or deletion of accounts and data by Microsoft.
7. Marketing and Promotional Disclaimer
- The promotion of the Free Trial by Bay IT is for facilitation purposes only. The Free Trial is provided by Microsoft Corporation and is subject to change or termination at Microsoft’s discretion.
8. Amendments
Bay IT reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.
